It's always a pleasure to work with fellow local businesses, and Evergreens Salads was no exception. Evergreens is know for using fresh local ingredients in their salads, so we blended Northwest textures to match.
By different woods, metals, and exposed hardware cabinetry, we created a feel that is both industrial and environmentally aware. Using two contrasting stains for the tongue and groove woodwork we added a signature touch that is carried over in all 3 of their current locations.
Their spaces are intended for the grab-and-go, lunch-o'clock crowd, which challenged us to make the most of every square foot under the roof.
