Looking to revamp their gaming experience, Rhein Haus in Tacoma, WA came to us with a vision of a challenging but entertaining 9-hole golf course that also broadcasts their German Fare and European Decor. The end result would change the Mini Golf norm!
Behind the Design:
Rhein Haus is known for their authentic European environment. Having their culture in mind, we worked closely with the client to provide a unique design for each course. We added food specialty items such as pretzels, and bratwursts to match their theme. We also included characters from German folklore such as Hansel and Gretel, and Rumpelstiltskin.
Piecing Together:
Each hole in this one of a kind golf course started as a hand sketch, moved to a 3D scaled rendering, and finally to a physical reality. Between the layout, to the features, you can see each hole was designed and pieced together in harmony.
Stained wood frames and structures, metal trim, and cut outs, even vinyl print graphics and acrylic sheets were all integrated for a final product our entire team is proud of.
